“I am currently accepting new clients! Send me an email to set up a free 30-minute consult!”

Sometimes it can feel impossible to find words that best express the thing we need to process. In these times, our struggles can feel invisible and silenced. As an Expressive Arts Therapist, I invite you to find your voice through creativity. You don't have to be "artistic" or "creative" to start. All you need is a willingness to meet yourself in a new way and a witness, someone who will support you along your path.

I have a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over three years experience working with children, adolescents, groups, and families in both psychiatric hospitals and intensive outpatient care settings. In session, I draw on visual arts, poetry, movement, drama, and play as well as traditional talk therapy. My approach is client-centered, which means I will meet you wherever you are willing and able to begin. I work with people of all genders and ages with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, attachment issues, and grief/loss. I use motivational interviewing (MI), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and gestalt therapeutic techniques. I show up with authenticity, curiosity, and commitment to helping you meet your goals. I look forward to witnessing your journey of growth and self-discovery.
